Buick GL8

Large minivan, originally based around the U-body family, which was sold as a Chevrolet, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Opel and Vauxhall. Buick received its version only for the Chinese market, built by Shanghai–GM, on the strength of the Buick name in that country. Unlike the US models, the GL8 did not get the same GMT-201 update that spawned the Buick Terraza, though it was facelifted in 2005. In 2010, a successor was announced, on the same platform, for the 2011 model year.
