F/F, F/A, 1496 cm³ diesel, 1499 cm³ petrol (I3 DOHC), 1995 cm³ diesel, 1998 cm³ petrol (I4 DOHC). Long-wheelbase, seven-seat version of the BMW 2er Active Tourer, with front-wheel drive, and the option of four-wheel drive on the 220d. Refined and comfortable with well put together and practical interior, though the third row of seats on the small side.
