Audi A6 1995.jpg

Audi A6 (C4). 1995–9 (prod. unknown). 4-door saloon, 5-door estate. F/F, F/A, 1781, 1984 cm³ petrol, 1896 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. OHC), 2226, 2309 cm³ petrol, 2461 cm³ diesel (5 cyl. OHC), 2771 cm³ (V6 OHC). More of a renaming exercise than a facelift, the A6 was re-designated in order to fit in with the recently launched Audi A4 (B5), and Audi A8. Competent and capable, but looking a little stale alongside rival offerings from BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

Manufacturing location: Ingolstadt, Germany; Tokyo, Japan; Monterrey, México; Changchun, China; Jakarta, Indonesia

Marque: Audi | Model: Audi A6 | Predecessor: Audi 100 (C4) | Successor: Audi A6 (C5)
