2012 Aston Martin Vanquish.jpg

Aston Martin Vanquish (AM310). 2012 to date (prod. n/a). 2-door coupé, 2-door convertible. F/R, 5935 cm³ (V12 DOHC). Aston takes cues from exclusive One-77 for regular flagship, looking close to the AM310 concept. All-new grand tourer has substantially revised six-litre V12, developing 573 PS and 620 Nm. Same wheelbase as DB9 and DBS, but longer and wider; double wishbones front and rear as with earlier cars. Fourth-generation VH platform redesigned, making Vanquish over 50 kg lighter than DBS and 30 per cent more rigid. More boot space than predecessor. Touchtronic 2 six-speed automatic gearbox. Top speed at 183 mph. Volante convertible from 2013.

Manufacturing location: Gaydon, Warwickshire, England

Marque: Aston Martin | Predecessor: Aston Martin DBS (2007–12)
