Alfa Romeo Arna. 1983–7 (prod. 53,047). 3- and 5-door saloon. F/F, 1186, 1350, 1490 cm³ (F4 OHC). Nissan Pulsar (N12) shell married to Alfasud engines, transmission and front suspension. Sounded like a good idea, but cars less than reliable. Terrible handling. Disappointing ’Sud replacement, quickly forgotten. Twinned with Nissan Cherry Europe, a.k.a. Nissan Pulsar Milano. Name stood for Alfa Romeo Nissan Autoveicoli.

Manufacturing location: Pratola Serra, Italy

Marque: Alfa Romeo | Predecessor: Alfa Romeo Alfasud | Successor: Alfa Romeo 33
