Tofaş Şahin (131). 1986–2010 (prod. n/a). 4-door saloon. F/R, 1297, 1372, 1581 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1585 cm³ (I4 OHV). Rebodied Fiat 131, and a low-line model compared with the more premium Doğan. Basic transport, proving popular among Turks, with some later winding up in the hands of younger drivers, who keenly customized them. As with Doğan, began with OHV engine, before OHC added in the 1990s. Assembly of CKD kits in Helwan, Egypt from 1991 by El Nasr, in 1400 S and with 1600 SL forms, the latter succeeding Doğan in 2006. Fuel injection 2005. Built till El Nasr closed in 2009. Assembled by Holland Car in Mojo Town, Ethiopia as the Docc (Dutch Overseas Car Company) with 1·6 OHC from 2006 to 2010.
