Subaru B9 Tribeca. 2006–7 (prod. n/a). 5-door wagon. F/A, 2999 cm³ (F6 DOHC). Mid-size crossover SUV on the Subaru Legacy (BL) platform, with triangular grille that buyers did not like. Production commenced 2005 for 2006 model year, primarily for North American markets, though it was exported fairly widely. Well equipped, though interior materials not the best, nor was it the roomiest in the US market, where larger and better value vehicles were available. Third row cramped. The three-litre engine was thirsty and underpowered. Ride was generally good.
