Reliant Scimitar SST. 1990–2 (prod. 1,507 incl. SS1 and Sabre). 2-door convertible. F/R, 1392, 1596, 1809 cm³ (I4 OHC). Much-improved restyle of SS1, thanks to William Towns. Bodywork all in fibreglass, bringing a more cohesive body. Black bumpers on launch, criticized at the time; colour-keyed ones introduced later.
