Plymouth Horizon TC3/Plymouth TC3. 1979–82 (prod. unknown). 3-door coupé. F/F, 1716, 2212 cm³ (4 cyl. OHC). Twin to Dodge Omni 024, with comments for that model applying here. Same upgrades for the same model years, though no Charger option (for now). A sporting version of the standard Plymouth Horizon. Pick-up derivative called Plymouth Scamp.
