2010 Nissan March.jpg

Nissan March/Nissan Micra (B02A/X02A/K13). 2010 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, F/A, 999 cm³ petrol, 1461 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC), 999, 1198 cm³ (I3 DOHC), 1498 cm³ (I4 DOHC). March gets more conventional looks, but with similar proportions to before. Production shifted away from Japan and UK to Thailand, India and China initially. Geared for comfort rather than handling, and materials felt cheapened compared to predecessor. Quality poorer than before, slipping in the supermini stakes. Facelift in 2013 brought March closer to its twin, the Renault Pulse; facelifted model began Brazilian sales in 2014. Production in China to 2015, Brazil to 2020, and Thailand to 2021. A Chinese twin, the Venucia R30, was produced from 2014 to 2016, which Dongfeng resurrected as an electric car in 2018).
