Mercedes-Benz C180/Mercedes-Benz C200/Mercedes-Benz C220/Mercedes-Benz C300 (W206/S206). 2021 to date (prod. n/a). 4-door saloon, 5-door estate. F/R, F/A, 1496, 1999 cm³ petrol, 1993 cm diesel, 1999 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (I4 DOHC). C-Klasse goes on MRA II modular platform shared with the S-Klasse, with four-cylinder engines exclusively and either mild hybrid or full hybrid models. Longer, wider and lower; wheelbase up 25 mm. Drag coefficient down to 0,24 for saloon, 0,27 for estate. Crossover estate, in recognition of SUV-loving buyers, called All-Terrain. Independent front and rear suspension, with four-link at front, multi-link at rear. Rear-axle steering available as option. Driving modes to suit different styles, with sport modes firming up steering, suspension and throttle response. Brakes could do with more feel and steering more communication to the driver. Digital displays: 12·3 in ahead of the driver; 11·9 in for infotainment in centre console.
