Maico 500 Sport. 1957–8 (prod. 4). 2-door convertible. R/R, 452 cm³ (I2 2-str.). Sport body for the Champion 400-based platform. Half-litre two-stroke delivered 20 PS. One FHC prototype completed and even appeared in marketing materials for export, but nothing came of it as Maico exited the loss-making car business.
