Shown at Shanghai 2005, FAW develops a large sedan jointly with Toyota, resulting in a twin to the Toyota Crown Majesta (S180) to replace its Audi 100 (C3)-derived models. New grille, and Red Flag emblem on the bonnet, and the addition of a 3·0-litre (3GR-FE) V6.
