Honda Logo (ホンダ ロゴ) (GA3/GA5). 1996–2001 (prod. n/a). 3- and 5-door sedan. F/F, F/A, 1343 cm³ (I4 OHC). City replacement in the Japanese home market looked thoroughly conventional after the brave efforts of the first two generations. Well priced and well equipped, with plenty of torque and grunt at the lower end, though dull to drive. Engine shared with the fourth-generation Civic, developing 66 PS. Noticeable body roll with some complaints about stability at the time. Not that successful in any market, including the home one, thanks to the bland styling. Spawned the HR-V crossover. Weight increased by 100 kg over the run as safety changes made.

Manufacturing location: Suzuka, Mie, Japan

Marque: Honda | Predecessor: Honda City (GA) | Successor: Honda Fit (GD)
