Citroën C3 (CC21). 2021 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, 999 cm³ (I3 OHC), 1198 cm³ (I3 DOHC), 1587 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 29·2 kWh electric. Different to the C3 sold in western countries, Citroën developed a version specifically for India. Usual specification as expected for this competitive segment, with 10-inch touchscreen, Apple Carplay and Android Auto, and USB ports. Rivalled Nissan Magnite, Tata Punch, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and similar subcompact cars with chunky, crossover-like styling. Better equipped Brazilian version with 1·0 and 1·6, with an automatic option, from 2022, scoring zero stars in Latin NCAP testing in 2023. Argentinian exports with 1·2 instead of 1·0. Electric model, the ë-C3, from 2023, in India, and related to the car of the same name in Europe that launched months later.
