Taking the vast wealth of experience gained at Alfa Romeo and Ferrari, Giotto Bizzarrini set about creating the delectable GT Strada. Effectively a modified lightweight Iso Grifo, but with new bodywork styled by Giorgetto Giugiaro at the beginning of a stellar career. Despite lack of production history by Bizzarrini, the GT Strada was an immediate entry into the supercar élite. As with the Iso Grifo, the GT Strada is powered by a Chevrolet V8, which endows it with a very favourable power-to-weight ratio.
