Škoda Yeti (Typ 5L). 2009–17 (prod. 616,972 to end of 2016). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 1197 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1390, 1395, 1798 cm³ petrol, 1598, 1968 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC). Crossover blending a hatchback footprint with the looks of an SUV. Very roomy interior for the size; VarioFlex rear seat system allowed the seats to be folded or removed. Škoda managed to strike a balance between ride comfort and capable handling (leaning toward the former), with little body roll. Steering slightly vague. Facelifted in 2013.
